Thoughtful slow burn...
The plot and characters were engaging and so realistic. The survival elements are not just physical but psychological and political. Pulling me into it's world making me feel like a citizen myself. This speculative fictional read is a must read if you love a book focused on characters that are realistically centred and pulls you in and keeps you there.
